Our essence is made also by history and we must look at the past to better face the future, but we can't consider history like someting certain, assolute and a scientific premonition of future. But learning from the past is usefull of course: from the bad examples arise alwais good happenings for society.lorenzo maciariellohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07470559543176919740noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5391347922504378410.post-64371604879571140042012-05-29T16:30:07.288+02:002012-05-29T16:30:07.288+02:00Instead, i think that law is a result created also...Instead, i think that law is a result created also by history. Of course today we can’t consider legal historical scholarship as the only key to explain law, but it is undeniable that history has create people, nations, their figurative arts and even their law. As every person has their own story, which influences their lives, so history of a nation draws the physiognomy of its people, influencing every their aspect, even their legal rules. Many of them, for instance, are due to awareness that the past experience has taught. History teaches many things, even to build new legal systems.Luca Passerihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04505651337385681742noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5391347922504378410.post-5972108059176078732012-05-29T10:56:32.080+02:002012-05-29T10:56:32.080+02:00The ancients said that the history is the teacher ...The ancients said that the history is the teacher of life meaning that only in the past the society can learn those examples of virtue that can help to' move forward or negative examples which are to' be' fought.
Nietzsche in the 'second untimely' calls this kind of history 'monumental', and it differs from the antiquarian too closely linked to past or from the criticai one, too linked to' the present.
However i do not believe that history can help to understand scientifically the way in which ma kind is intended to march, that is the sense of history.
As K Popper said: ' the history makes no sense; the historicist does not allow us to select and sort the facts of history, but he believes that the history itself and the history of mankind determine, as a result of laws immanent in it, ourselves, our future and also our point of view.
Instead of recognising that historical interpretation must meet a need that arises from the decisions and praticai problems we face, historicism believes that contemplating the history we can discover the secret, the essence of human destiny; but there is no key of the history, the history makes no sense.'lorenzo maciariellohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07470559543176919740noreply@blogger.com
